Nice Place

Pathetic service. Looks like waiters were hired without interviews, they simply can't understand whatever you say. Attaching a picture of the omelette that I ordered for breakfast, I couldn't eat it.

Front desk responding not properly, no well come at all, nice well come to abroad travelers

Had a one day stay here. The lotus rooms got the mesmerizing view of amer fort and aravallis range. I loved it in fact i booked my stay there just for that. Also in Rang Mahal restaurant Atal was absolutely great, Ajay, Rajesh and Suvendhu from the bar were good too. Very friendly restaurant staff i must say. I had buffet dinner which had v limited options but taste was good, hope they increase the number of items. Atal even got some chicken curry since we were full we could not taste it much. Just few things that bothered me was that the room was a bit small and didn't have much lights. Mirrors r lacking so had difficultly doing makeup. Waterlogging problem was there in the shower area and not much flow of water or water pressure in sink. Buffet dinner and breakfast did not have much options at all. During checkout there was less staff i guess as i called to get the luggage down but no one came in 10 mins so i went down to reception and then they sent one to get luggage down. But the swimming pool looked stunning at night thoroughly loved the surroundings and considering the price factor this is a great place to stay if u want the mountain view rooms without burning a hole in the pocket.

This is just a 10-15 min ride to the Amer fort! A very comfortable and clean hotel! Service is outstanding.. will definitely stay again.

A modern amazing place...

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjiyed very good food which varied each day, even fish one evening! The crew was nice and helpful, we could even celebrate nicely the birthday of one of our group, thanks for.a little cake! Merciful brothers” group from Austria

Unfortunately for us we had a bad experience in the dining room. Management did come up to our room and apologised for the incident later in the evening, unfortunately we left disappointed.

Beautiful property, huge rom, good breakfast buffet. Helpful staff. Quiet surroundkngs, swimming pool. Hair dresser, gym.
